The Samaikya supporting TDP leaders tried to seize the residence of Minister Kanna Lakshminarayana at Guntur. The attempt was foiled by the police by arresting some of the TDP leaders organizing it.
After
some altercation between the police and the TDP activists, the police
arrested some of the agitating leaders and the remaining protesters
blocked the vehicles.
Police
then had to bounce on the TDP leaders to make them flee from there so
that the way will be clear to take away the arrested leaders from there.
